Our studio is growing and we are looking for a creative Social Media and Design Assistant to join us. This is a multi-skilled, hands-on role that blends creative content production, social media management, and day-to-day assistance in agency operations. You’ll work closely with our founder and partners to bring bold campaigns to life, manage and create content, design and help streamline workflows.
Responsibilities:
Create and curate top-level content for our clients and studio including graphics and reels using Canva, Adobe Suite and video editing platforms
Assist in the development and planning of social media strategies
Attend and assist in-person content shoots with filming short-form video and photography
Manage, and schedule content through different social management platforms
Assist, develop and execute email marketing campaigns
Keeping an eye on trends and suggesting innovative content ideas
Copywriting for posts and emails
Other admin and social media tasks
Details:
Location: London/Remote (Mostly remote but needs to be London-based for in-person shoots and monthly meetings)
This is a freelance contract work with flexible weekly hours (approx. 2-3 days per week depending on projects)
Start: August/September 2025
The ideal candidate will:
Have at least 2 years experience in social media management, graphic design, and content creation
Be confident with Instagram, Tiktok, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
But most importantly, will have an interest and passion for all things social, visuals, digital culture and trends.
